1st one-time Outreach Registration Sign-up Fee includes Administrative Expense, T-Shirt, Annual USA Swimming Outreach Membership and Annual AAU Membership. Outreach Membership requirements: Federal Reduced School lunch program, Food stamps, Medicade or Medicare card. After you pay this Registration Sign-up Fee you will pay the "Returning" Outreach Registration Sign-up Fee each year that you return by August 1st. This 1st Annual Outreach Registration and Sign-up Fee does not apply to LOVE Swimming's United States Masters Swimmers (USMS).
